The Greater London Authority will be represented at the Sitematch London event on 6 November to discuss sites with developers, and has added six of its development sites to the Sitematch website.

City Hall: home to the Greater London Authority

Earlier this year, Mayor of London Boris Johnson said: “Sitematch London is a great chance for London’s local authorities to take a commercial approach to their property assets, to help stimulate investment and generate revenue – and it takes place at no cost to the public purse.

"This initiative is a significant way for us to work with the private sector, to attract their interest and to stimulate investment in our city.”

Six sites owned by the GLA have also been added to the Sitematch London database: Twelvetrees Crecents, Beam Reach 6, Land at Branch Road, Maskells, Stepheson Street and Armada 2.

Developers can discuss opportunities for these sites with the GLA at the Sitematch London event on 6 November.
