HCA appoints interim CEO

The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) has appointed a new interim chief executive.

Mark Hodgkinson has previously worked in the retail sector as group marketing director at HMV, financial services director at ASDA and chief executive of Virgin Money.

He will join the HCA with immediate effect, following the departure of previous chief executive, Andy Rose.

Hodgkinson, discussing his new role, said: “The HCA has an enviable reputation built on strong commercial, social and regulatory expertise, and above all a track record of delivery. I am excited by the opportunity to lead the agency through this period of growth and change.”
