Meet the advisor: Samuel Blake, Montagu Evans
Tue 28th November 2017, 11:36 am
Samuel is a partner in the development consultancy and valuation team at Montagu Evans, which consists of 60 people specialising in everything from development agency, master planning and regeneration, to property strategy and valuation. What takes them to Sitematch 2018?
Could you give us a short description of your company, and what it specialises in?
With around 300 colleagues in London, Montagu Evans is one of the last true partnerships left in the industry, and has a focus on planning and development.
Why has your company decided to support Sitematch 2018?
As an event, it is highly focused, and aligns very well with what we do – planning and development with a public sector focus.
If you have attended before, how did it benefit your firm last time?
As a supporter of the event from its inception, I have seen it grow in prominence and attendance, which is great for us – a day talking development with council clients and market-facing developers. The 2017 event was the best yet, and with a new larger venue, I hope the 2018 event will be even better.
What will you offer to the other delegates at Sitematch London?
We will be on hand to facilitate discussions between councils and developers. In sponsoring the event, we also part fund its cost, ensuring that it's free for councils to attend.
