Sun 21st January 2018, 1:16 pm

Ealing Council's planning committee has approved a proposal by housing provider A2 Dominion to build 283 homes on Boston Road.

Located near Hanwell train station, the £130 million development will feature a range of different housing tenures, as well as retail space, workspace and public amenities, with 35% of the residential units earmarked as affordable.

A2 Dominion is part of the G15 – a group of the largest housing providers in London – and one of the largest housing associations in London, with a portfolio of nearly 37,000 homes.

The organisation was previously responsible for the regeneration of Green Man Lane in Ealing, now known as Jigsaw, as part of a joint venture with Rydon.

The London Borough of Ealing will attend the next Sitematch London event on 8 February 2018. To secure your meeting, contact Josie Brewer on 020 7978 6840.
