Bumper public sector numbers for Sitematch London

Mon 29th January 2018, 2:00 pm

One week ahead of the Sitematch London event on 8 February, 48 public sector organisations are confirmed to meet with developers and investors.

Attendees have been announced for 27 London boroughs and public sector landowners such as the Greater London Authority, Transport for London, Ministry of Justice, and NHS Property Services.

Delegates can meet with these organisations, either as part of 'speed-dating style' meetings, or as part of informal networking.

Lucy Taylor, director for regeneration and planning policy at Ealing Council, said: “Sitematch is a great opportunity for Ealing Council to showcase our current opportunities to developers and investors.”

As well as London boroughs, attending developers can look forward to meeting with at least 15 local authorities from outside of London, including Reading, Medway and Portsmouth.

Among them will be Kate Dean, project director from Basing View and and commercial developments at Basingstoke and Dean Borough Council.

She said: “Sitematch is the perfect platform to put the spotlight on Basingstoke, to show developers and investors the potential opportunities the borough has to offer and the council’s 'can-do' attitude.”

The full list of attending public sector authorities is available on the Sitematch London website. If you would like to attend on 8 February 2018, contact Josie Brewer on 020 7978 6840.
